The 5GBD Guide and Your Data: Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to this independent information website about 5GBD, also written as 5G BD. The site is run by a separate editorial team, not by the platform itself. Buttons and links on these pages take you to the operator, and once you're there, the operator's own terms and privacy policy apply, not this one. Worth keeping that difference in mind whenever you move from reading a guide to actually signing up or making a deposit.

What this privacy policy covers about data collection

Running a website means some information arrives automatically, and some only if you choose to send it. Here's a plain breakdown of both.

• Standard server and content delivery logs record IP address, browser type and page requests
• Cookies store preferences, and anything you type into a contact form reaches us directly
• Technical details such as device type, screen size and approximate region help pages display correctly

This guide never asks for your password, ID documents or payment details, by email, form or any other channel.

How this privacy policy applies to the way information is used

None of the data collected here is sold. It gets used for a handful of plain, practical reasons.

• Keep the site running, loading quickly and free of obvious abuse
• Build aggregated, anonymous statistics on which pages or guides get read most
• Spot unusual traffic patterns, such as automated scraping or spam submissions
• Meet any legal obligation that applies to an information site operating online

How to make a privacy policy request

If you want to know what's held about you, or want something removed, the process is simple and doesn't need a form.

1. Write from your own address Send an email from the address you want us to reply to, so the response reaches the right inbox.
2. Say exactly what you want State clearly whether you're asking for access, correction, deletion or an objection to some use of your data.
3. Wait for a reply Expect a response within 30 days, if the request needs more detail, we'll ask before closing it.

Age limits under this privacy policy

This site is written for adults thinking about online gambling, and gambling itself is strictly 18+. The site doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if that ever turns out to be the case, the relevant data gets deleted. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used this site or contacted us, email support@5g-bd.net and it will be handled promptly.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some links and buttons on this site point to the 5GBD operator and carry a tracking code, which may earn this site a commission if you sign up or play there. That tracking code does not hand over any personal data to this guide. It simply tells the operator which referring site sent the visit, in the same way countless comparison and review sites work across the internet.

Beyond that, the site relies on ordinary infrastructure providers to stay online, including hosting and content delivery networks such as Cloudflare. These providers process technical traffic data as part of keeping the site fast and secure, under their own separate privacy policies. Clicking through to the operator from any button here moves you into their systems entirely, governed by their terms, not this page.

What this privacy policy says about cookies

Cookies on this site fall into a few plain categories, and most are small and short-lived.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings menu, doing so may affect how parts of the site display, but won't stop you reading any guide.

Your rights under this privacy policy

You can ask to see, correct, delete or object to how your information is used by this site, by emailing support@5g-bd.net. For example, if a player in Mymensingh once filled in a contact form and later wants that message deleted, a short email naming the date and subject line is usually enough to locate and remove it. The same applies to access or correction requests, be specific about what you sent and when.

Legal basis for processing under this privacy policy

Server logs and basic technical data are processed under legitimate interest, mainly keeping the site secure and working properly. Some processing follows a legal requirement, such as responding to a lawful request from an authority. Anything beyond the essential cookies, like analytics or preference cookies, relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your browser settings.

How long data is kept and how it's protected

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then cleared on a rolling basis. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only while a request is open, plus a short period afterwards in case of follow-up. The site uses HTTPS encryption, restricts who can access backend systems, and keeps software updated to reduce the chance of a breach.

International transfers under this privacy policy

Because hosting and content delivery providers operate servers in multiple countries, some technical data may be processed outside Bangladesh. That's standard for most websites, including ones with a purely Bangladeshi audience. Where that happens, it's done through providers that apply recognised safeguards and their own data protection commitments, not through ad hoc arrangements.

Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy gets updated occasionally, whether to reflect a new feature on the site or a change in how a provider handles data. The date at the top of the page always shows when it was last revised. If you've read it before, it's worth a quick scan next time you visit, particularly before sending any personal information.

Questions about any part of this page can go to support@5g-bd.net. Please don't send sensitive data such as your NID number, full bank details or passwords in that email, none of it is needed to answer a privacy question, and this site has no reason to hold it.
